Our Story

Lakeshore Lops is a countryside based Rabbitry, located North of Ochre River, Mb. Our bunnies are housed in our “bunny barn” where they stay in big wooden solid floor, homemade & designed hutches. In the cold Canadian winter months our bunnies have heat set up, to help them stay comfortable. In the hot, but short summer we take extreme measures to keep our bunnies cool and clean. We start to litter train all of our rabbits from as soon as they start hopping around at 3-4 weeks. We specialize specifically on Holland Lops, a very small compact lop-eared breed, which is very well known as one of the most friendly breeds. * Please do keep in mind we breed our rabbits to better our herd and our lines! This being said we don’t breed intentionally for people to have pets, but often have bunnies for sale we can’t keep.*
